Reporting into the Learning and Talent Advisor based in the leafy suburb of East Didsbury (South Manchester) the successful Learning and Talent administrator will be responsible for delivering an exceptional end-to-end engagement experience for candidates, hiring managers and our learners. You will do this by scheduling learning events, helping us mobilise our engagement campaigns, and updating our learning calendar, for example. My client’s learning is powered by a learning management system which you will be helping them to maintain by ensuring that events and courses are added, reminders are sent, and that completions are recorded, and reports created and generated. For their face- to-face workshops, the Learning and Talent Administrator will be booking and preparing rooms where appropriate and ensuring that materials are available in good time for learners. Report into the Business Transformation lead and working on a hybrid basis, the Business Transformation Analyst to join the client with the implementation of a new integrated Commodity Trade and Risk Management System (CTRM). This is pivotal role in driving and supporting the transition from the clint’s legacy systems to a new TriplePoint solution. To be considered for this role, the Business Transformation Analyst will need to possess an understanding of the physical commodities trade lifecycle, risk reporting and valuation. You will also possess demonstratable professional experience covering [at least] one of the following areas: CTRM / ETRM / TriplePoint (Commodity XL) implementation experience. Middle office/Risk experience in biofuels/petroleum products/Crude oil. European sustainability policies and mass balancing. MTM/‘Fair value’ management accounting experience specific to biofuels/petroleum products / Crude oil.
