Tom Evernden - Director & Co-Founder

Tom is one of our co-founders and has been a successful professional within sales and IT spanning 17 years.

Having progressed in his career quite quickly, becoming a Sales Director at the age of 27, it was clear that being involved in many people's careers in Sales was going to happen, as well as having a business of his own.

Fast-forward a few years and Tom has now setup The Talent Partnership along with his client and now friend of many years, Pam Easen, and her son Tom Easen (which doesn't get confusing at all!)

"Lockdown was a time in which uncertainty was rife, and so having been made redundant myself, I wanted to follow-up with an idea of which Pam had for a number of years. It felt right to me to work with someone I respected so much, as well as getting satisfaction from helping others affected by the crisis we were in, in 2020"

 

 

 

 

Daniel Winer - Recruitment Partner

I am an independent consultative, senior recruitment professional with over 20 years’ experience in sales, training, and recruitment in a wide range of industry sectors.

I am a true consultant who wants to work with clients to give them the best service and outcomes in order to help them grow their workforce. I recruit within areas where I have a deep understanding, namely, IT / Digital, Hospitality and Travel as well as Education (Training Provision).

Being a versatile recruiter, I will work with clients to build relationships and be trusted to recruit across many functions of organisation.

Oisín Hanlon - Business Development Manager

I am an independent Business Development Manager who has spent most of my professional career in the Drinks Industry working for Pernod Ricard and William Grant & Sons in Marketing and Account Management roles.

I spent time as the International Brand Ambassador for Tullamore DEW for the state of Florida. It was particularly during this time I learned most about Business Development and how important it is to make sincere and honest connections with potential and existing clients. I quickly learned that listening and honesty was the best way to build relationships.

I have now ventured into the world of recruitment to take all the skills I learned from working with brands such as Jameson, Hendricks and Powers to build my career here

My aim is to expand our business by delivering the highest quality recruitment services out there.
