Marketing Coordinator

Based Remotely with Travel to W1 Office for meetings
Salary £45,000+ Extensive Benefits Depending on experience

My client a leader in business process solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to develop and grow and looking to start their career in B2B software Marketing.

The successful Marketing Coordinator will work closely with their fun and energetic EMEA
marketing team to help execute regionally focused marketing campaigns and events that
directly impact pipeline and revenue. You will be a key pillar in the Marketing team, so a can-do
attitude is a must, and you must be willing to get involved with all sorts of projects – sometimes
outside of the marketing remit!

To be considered for this Marketing Coordinator role you must be able to demonstrate the
following skills and experience.

  • Have a (Marketing) Degree or equivalent

  • Any experience with Salesforce, Marketo to (automation tools) is desirable but not essential

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Be fluent in English, but any additional languages would be a bonus

  • Possess any kind of event or project management experience whether that be in a job role or elsewhere.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing environment would be of great advantage


You will be expected to take on the following responsibilities and duties. 

  • Research and expand the client’s(digital) events portfolio, supporting the EMEA Marketing Events Manager

  • Ensure all EMEA events are promoted on their website, as well as coordinating EMEA Social Posts for webinars, events, blogs etc.

  • Support all (in-person) events in region, from trade shows and user groups to hospitality and internal events, working with the EMEA & US events team to maximise ROI and pipeline generation.

  • Make sure that post event / activity ensure leads are uploaded and routed correctly and co-ordinate with Sales and Business Development teams

  • Coordinate the collection of content for the internal EMEA newsletter and weekly marketing updates.

  • Assist the EMEA team with the raising of purchase order requests and following up so they are approved in a timely manner

  • Assist the EMEA Marketing Team raising project request tickets within their internal system.

  • Follow up and management to ensure projects are delivered on time.

  • Assist the EMEA Marketing Managers and global team with regional execution of campaigns and activities.

  • Work with the creative department or allocated agency and be responsible for the production of digital ads for events, campaigns etc.

  • Coordinate with the digital agency for promotion

  • Ensure translated assets are uploaded to Seismic and the website

partners through events, webinars, digital and social demand gen campaigns, content, joint partner
campaigns etc.

The Marketing Coordinator will be able a hard-working self-starter, that can multi-task and work on
a broad range of projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced
environment. You should be ambitious, enthusiastic, and driven to deliver exceptional results as this
role will have a significant impact on the success of the EMEA Marketing team.
