The IT Infrastructure and Solutions Manager will be responsible for the core backbone of the organisations IT infrastructure and your decisions will have a significant impact on the performance on the company’s IT Services for internal and external customers.

A solid understanding of SaaS, AWS public cloud services and products is required.
Experience of implementing Office 365 and Azure AD along with its security best practices
Good knowledge of implementing MS Teams as you will need to drive training and best practice adoption, researching, recommending, and deploying new apps that support my client’s Hybrid working approach.
An understanding of endpoint, Cloud and Data Security practices.
An expert in solution design – you will need to be able to suggest potential integration solutions between AWS or SAAS solutions using current best practice.
With offices in London, New York, Beijing, Tokyo, and Dubai my client is looking for the IT Infrastructure and Solutions Manager will head up the support and infrastructure team and will also take on the following duties and tasks to include:
Taking ownership of the AWS data centre and the relationship with the cloud partner.
Taking ownership of security practices and staff training
Work closely with the Director of Digital Technology and IT to advise the company on technical solutions that align with the business roadmap
Being able to manage and mentor the internal team in best practice
Being able to work with partners and suppliers across the globe, ensuring that all local variations and practices are fully understood.
Implementation of a program of continuous improvement for the support team ranging from technical and automated enhancements to support desk reporting vs. SLAs and customer service
