My client, one of the largest providers of adult social care in the UK is looking for an experienced who will report into the Transformation Director, and work on the development, on-boarding and implementation of a solution for procurement and purchasing that provides compliance, cost savings and user benefits for this national organisation.
Ideally consideration needs to be given to the longer term procure to pay solution yet to be identified and you will be
- Working with Operations and Finance teams to carry out a full statement of requirements and ensure it is aligned with selected supplier.
- Identifying KPIs to measure benefits.
- Planning pilot roll out and associated implementation plan and benefit realisation tracker for new solutions. Whilst evaluate and providing fixes based on pilot result.
- Work with the wider business to plan and support group wide implementation.
- Track benefits realised and report full progress including Board version.
The successful Project Manager will also take on a broader portfolio of projects as part of the wider Group’s Transformation plan and to be considered for the role you will also be.
- A Project Manager that will have some experience in running full lifecycle projects within Health and / or social care environments
- A great communicator being able to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders being able engage and motivate to get the job done and respectful.
- Be detail oriented and used to working with KPIs.
- Experienced in designing and delivering procurement process changes.
- Experienced in delivering large scale change projects .
- Willing to engage face to face across a large geographical area as required.
- Good risk management experience
- Have any experience in implementing purchasing or procurement solutions.
